My Philosophy

There are seven core values I believe in that shape what I do as an attorney and how I represent you:

2. I believe that by holding wrongdoers accountable we can help make our roadways, our products, and our medical care safer for everyone.
3. I believe that regular people are entitled to justice every bit as much as corporations, insurance companies, and doctors.
4. I believe that the contingency-fee system is the only means of allowing regular people the necessary access to the court system.
5. I believe everyone should have the right to have their disputes resolved by a jury if they are unable to resolve them outside of court.
6. I believe you should be represented by a lawyer that you are comfortable with and who genuinely cares about you as a person.
7. I believe that everyone who has been injured or lost a loved one because of the wrongdoing of another is entitled to aggressive, ethical, and compassionate representation.

Trial Lawyer, Appellate Attorney

As a trial lawyer, I have successfully represented clients against some of the largest corporations in the country. My practice has resulted in significant recoveries against well-known companies like The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, American Family Insurance, The Firestone Tire & Rubber Company, State Farm Insurance companies, General Motors, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and more.

I’m also an experienced appellate advocate, and I have handled appeals in the Supreme Courts and the Courts of Appeal in Missouri and Kansas. I have also appeared in appeals in the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second and Tenth Circuits.
